Watercolored Thoughts...
Hello friends... Happy Friday Eve!  Today's card features these lovelies from Stampers Anonymous (Flower Garden) and watercoloring using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.  To start, I stamped images onto a die cut stitched rectangle panel using Stratmore Bristol paper, then heat embossed using Ranger gold embossing powder.  Next, I added color to each flower, then went over using a wet brush to move/mix color.  I went over each image several times with brush markers and water til I achieved the color/shadows look that I was going for.  To help add a little interest, I added "sky" by watercoloring using Distress ink in "tumbled glass".  To finish, I stamped sentiment, heat embossed, and adhered to card base using fun foam.  Thanks so much for stopping by...take care!  Please note: this card has been submitted to the current SimonSaysStamp Wednesday Challenge blog.

  1. Very pretty. great idea to use gold embossing powder so the lines don't show very much
