Gill Friends Party

Gill Friends Party...
Hello Friends and welcome!  Today’s card features this super cute set from My Favorite Things (Gill Friends), Copic coloring, and Ink Blending using Distress Oxide Inks (salvaged patina and peacock feathers).  To start, I trimmed a piece of MFT’s blueberry cardstock then ink blended above mentioned inks over MFT’s cow print stencil.  Next, I stamped, die cut, and Copic colored images.  I then assembled elements to figure out where to best place the sentiment, and then stamped sentiment.  To add a little more interest and detail, I added dots to the “sand”, “rock “, and “plants”, in addition I added a few white gel dots to the fishies cheeks.  Thanks so much for stopping by... take care!

Awesome Days

Awesome Days...
Hello Friends and welcome!  Today’s card features this super cute set from Avery Elle (Suns Out), Copic coloring, and Ink Blending using Distress Inks (kitsch flamingo, spun sugar, squeezed lemonade, mermaid lagoon, and salvaged patina).  To start, I trimmed a piece of Neenah solar white cardstock then began ink blending the panel starting at the top.  I then placed MFT’s Making Waves stencil at approximately mid way then ink blended down.  Next, I die cut panel using a wonky stitched rectangle panel and stamped/die cut/Copic colored images.  To finish, I stamped sentiment, assembled elements and adhered to a Neenah desert storm card base.  Thanks so much for stopping by...take care!
