Raindrops Keep Falling...
  Hello and welcome!  Today's card features this cutie set from MFT's (Sunny Thoughts), Copic coloring and utilizing Ranger's Texture Paste.  To start, I placed a raindrop stencil (SimonSaysStamp) over a die cut stitched rectangle panel and swiped embossing paste that had been sprayed with BoBunny's color mist (frost blue) over stencil.  I set aside panel to dry, stamped, fussy cut, and Copic colored images.  Next, I die cut clouds, stamped sentiment, and heat embossed using Ranger yellow embossing powder.  To finish, I assembled elements and adhered to card base using liquid adhesive and fun foam for "girl".
