Hi in Color...
Hello and welcome friends! Today's card features this super fun floral die cut from Waffle Flower (Magic Flower) and ink blending using Distress Inks (picked raspberry, spiced marmalade, squeezed lemonade, twisted citron, and salty ocean). To start, I ink blended Distress Inks onto a piece of Neenah solar white cardstock, blending in a "rainbow" order. Next, I die cut this image into the ink blended panel. I next, die cut a stitched rectangle panel from Neenah desert storm, then splattered BG using Hero Arts Unicorn white spray. To finish, I die cut sentiment (Waffle Flower) using SimonSaysStamp black cardstock, assembled elements, and adhered to card base, using foam tabs for sentiment. One of a Kind Apple...
Hello and welcome! Today's card features this super fun set from SimonSaysStamp (Happy Days) and watercoloring using Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors. To start, I die cut a stitched rectangle panel from Strathmore Hot Press watercolor panel. I began randomly stamping images onto panel using Versafine Onyx black pigment ink then heat embossing using Hero Arts clear embossing powder. Once all images were stamped and heat embossed, I began watercoloring images by first adding a light wash of color/water, then going back over intensifying color. Once images were watercolored and dry, I watercolored BG using the same approach as mentioned above. To finish, I adhered panel to card base (SSS sea glass), stamped sentiment, heat embossing, and adhering to panel using foam tabs. Thanks so much for stopping by... take care! Please note: this card has been submitted to the current SimonSaysStamp Flickr Challenge (#80).
